No Pudge with This Fudge

Monday morning has come a little too quickly for this girl. After a whirlwind 18 hour trip down to New Jersey on Saturday to see some family we were a little pooped. Joey and I got home and and promptly took an amazing mid afternoon nap (rare treat!) and a long walk around the beautiful pond near our house.

I was in the mood for something sweet, but I didn't want to totally waste that hour long walk so I decided to make my go-to desert. Its straight out of the box- nothing fancy and no added secret tricks, but I crave this stuff so I wanted to share the love.

No Pudge! Fudge Brownie Sundae

Ingredients:

No Pudge! Fudge Brownie Mix
1 Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt (6 oz)
Breyers Fat Free Ice Cream

You can find No Pudge! Fudge Brownie Mix in any major grocery store in the baking aisle. There are a few different flavors, but I usually just stick with the original fudge flavor.

This is seriously the easiest thing ever, just pour the mix into a bowl and add the yogurt.

At first, you will think that there is not enough yogurt to get all the mix to combine, but just be patient. It will all come together in the end for a smooth and chocolaty batter.

Next, pour that into a 9x9" baking pan that you have sprayed with PAM.

Pop that into a preheated 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes. I like mine a little gooey so 30 minutes is good for me.

Let that cool and top with the fat free chocolate ice cream
and you have yourself a yummy and guilt free treat.

We have a busy week ahead of us and an even busier summer- so it is nice to have some quiet time on the couch with the hubs, the kittens, and a nice big bowl of this deliciousness.

Anyone out there ever try No Pudge! Fudge brownie mix?? Add anything to it to make it your own??
